Kevin A. Levy

Kevin A. Levy is the Designated Broker and Principal Owner of Foothills Realty and Management.  Kevin has been in real estate and management for 35 years and has gained his experience at some of the most prestigious companies in the country.

Kevin holds active Broker licenses in Arizona and California.  He has sold nearly $200 million dollars of real estate.  He was awarded the distinguished title of “Top Producer” at Century 21 and was one of the top agents in the state.  During his time in multi-family management, he was named “Western Region Manager of the Year” for Goldman Sachs while supervising 4,000 units around the Southwest.

Kevin has been married for 32 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.  He coached youth baseball for 8 years, sat on the Board as Division Supervisor for Pony Baseball for 4 years, worked on the DV Booster Club for 4 years and is an active member of his church.  Having raised children here, his community work and his diversified real estate background, Kevin has extensive knowledge of the Foothills and surrounding area.  As a result of his interest in religious studies, Kevin recently completed four years of study at Grand Canyon University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis on Biblical Studies. In his spare time, Kevin likes to write.  He recently penned a novel of his property management experience in a book titled “Acacia Bay”.

Nicholas Levy

Nicholas Levy is a licensed Realtor Associate specializing in assisting clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. He is also very experienced in the renting of our properties on the management side. In addition, he works with our tenants in transitioning from renter to homeowner and makes this exciting transition smooth and timely for his clients.

Nick was raised in Ahwatukee, attending Desert Vista High School where he played varsity baseball for 4 years. He attended Arizona State University and currently resides in Scottsdale.

Stephanie Levy

Stephanie is a licensed Realtor Associate handling administrative duties for Foothills Realty and Management. She has been licensed since 2017. Stephanie was raised in Ahwatukee, attended Desert Vista High School where she played softball in addition to excelling in her studies. She relocated to Tucson and obtained her BA from the University of Arizona, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is also a High School counselor in Tucson. She married her high school sweetheart in 2020. In addition to performing administration duties, Stephanie handles our Property Management investments in Tucson.
